Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Create a new Focus Area with the interface and content language set to Hebrew (RTL).
• Complete the creation flow and submit the Focus Area.
• Navigate to Community_Wishlist/Focus_areas.
• (Optional) Purge the page and refresh.

What happens?:

• The Focus Area appears to be successfully created (the Focus Area page exists and is accessible directly).
• The newly created Hebrew Focus Area does not appear in the Community_Wishlist/Focus_areas index/list.
• Other existing Focus Areas continue to display as expected.

What should have happened instead?:

• After creation, the new Focus Area should appear immediately in the Community_Wishlist/Focus_areas index.
• Focus Areas should be listed regardless of language or text direction (LTR/RTL), including Hebrew.
• No manual cache purge or secondary action should be required for the Focus Area to appear.
