@zeljkofilipin and me discussed the structure of the capabilities in the configuration. We have settings there that do not need to be a capability. Lets move them out and structure the configuration so its easy to see the configurations that you mostly use by having a couple of different sections.

Acceptance criteria:

• Settings that do not belong to capabilities are moved out of capabilities
• There's a section (or two) at the top of the configuration file that you as a user are most likely want to change
