Description

Per the title, we would like to update Test Kitchen to be able to run A/B/C tests.

AC

Test Kitchen UI is updated to allow users to add more than one treatment group
Confirm that Varnish can handle more than one treatment group
Resurrect the pageVisit.js experiment code to send events for this experiment
Run an A/B/C test for a few days and collect data
Announce the results
