To make room for Active Discussions on the PersonalDashboard, we should reduce the size of the Review Changes module from 10 edits to 5 on desktop. This will give us some space under it to add the Active Discussions module.

In the future we might imagine adding a popup like on mobile to show more than these 5, but this is something we're exploring more generally at the moment, so out of scope for this ticket.
