Remove Morten Warncke-Wang’s production shell access
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Since @nettrom_WMF is no longer an WMF employee, you can go ahead and remove production shell access from my account (username nettrom). Please contact @kzimmerman for confirmation as needed.

The last phab task I found about my access was T200723 from 2018, when I came on as staff.

Please make sure that I keep my access to Toolforge and Cloud VPS as I still maintain SuggestBot and various other things that require that access (e.g. SuggestBot runs on a VM). My shell account is connected to my volunteer account (User:Nettrom), it has never been connected to my staff wiki account.

Let me know if you have any questions!

@Nettrom Your previous work-related production access has already been removed via the central WMF staff offboarding workflow. The way the offboarding works is that you keep your Wikimedia Developer Account, but only the NDA-relevant LDAP group memberships (such as cn=wmf) and Phabricator projects (such as WMF-NDA) are stripped.

So everything should continue to work fine for your bots, if you run into any issues please do not hesitate to reopen the task and we'll look into it.
