Not sure how best to frame this, but I visit the watchlist often. With the new Watchlist-Labels , I set myself two filters and the pages each selects for are mutually exclusive. It is wearying to click one then click to the other to see what's going on.

Two potential ways that might soothe the pain would be to turn the current dropdown into a Radio of some flavor, or to perhaps provide some option (or dreaded preference) which allows the display of multiple filters on the same page in separate groupings.

Probably a lot of my pain is with T416777: Papercut? Mark All Changes (naturally) marks changes outside of the filter displayed. Being able to move between my different filters quicker would be icing on top, but right now I feel compelled to visit all of them before I click that button. Clicking that button is important to me because it means I don't have to revisit a series of changes.
