On some templates, there is a no op if clause which is causing Entity Usage being subscribed, for no op.

Could this list be made public sooner rather than later? Fixing bad templates should primarily be the task of the community, but the community can’t do this task if it’s not aware what the task is. Maybe there are some low-hanging fruits that are easily fixable even without any guidance from WMDE.
