User Story

As an instance manager,
When I view the profile of my instance,
I want to see my previously provided CTKE answer,
So I can reconfirm what I declared and decide whether it still reflects my project.

Acceptance Criteria

• When a user is viewing the wiki profile for their instance where they previously provided the CTKE answer, the answer is visible (both the selected option and the open text response if any).
• Otherwise, it is clearly visible that no answer was provided.
