This task involves the work of introducing a new edit suggestion within the VisualEditor Suggestion Mode that invites people to add a en:quality assessment to articles that lack them.

• 1. How might the UX of this suggestion enable people to provide an assessment without needing to open a new tab(s) to consult a heuristic on another page? //E.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Content_assessment#Grades.//
• 2. What (if any) additional technical work would be involved with adding a banner to the talk page of an article that corresponds with the grade someone just assigned to an article?
