Error logging from mobileapps is terse and not useful
Throughout the incident in question, the service emitted log lines of 504: api_error with no additional context or information about which services or components were failing, traces about the error or other information that would be actionable. Additionally log messages from mobileapps are unformatted which hinders response and parsing (T397252).
