This task is to track progress in the admin interface of the API

Creation of an admin interface helps us in quickly and easily viewing status, logs, take actions, etc.

To start with, we can add two actions. 1. Update catalog 2. View status of each run of the update catalog command. with some stats like number books fetched, failed languages, etc.
