The Product Safety and Integrity (PSI) Team is rejecting this request as these services are not under WMF control.
Although the domains are hosted within WMCS/Toolforge infrastructure, the services themselves are community-operated and are not maintained by WMF production teams. The primary concern is not the specific content currently available at these URLs, but that shortened links would route users through Wikimedia’s trusted redirector (w.wiki) to services whose code, behavior, and operational security are outside WMF’s direct control.
