This research request will support [Hypothesis] WE1.6.1 Watchlist labels (If we introduce custom watchlist labels, we expect the labels to be used by 10% of users with more than 100 pages on their watchlist in the first 3 months.)

The team would like to collect qualitative feedback from watchlist users who do and do not engage with the new labels feature:

  • do they use it, why/why not?
  • what types of labels are they creating? what purposes do they serve?
  • how often are they using labels?
  • does the advent of labels on watchlist spark any other UI-related needs, on watchlist or elsewhere?
  • Expected Deliverable. What is the ideal outcome or result of your request?

A written report with findings and collected feedback from users who have and have not used the labels on their watchlists.

  • Estimated Effort. Please provide an estimate of the amount of work needed to complete this task, if known.
  • Priority Please indicate a priority of your task and a small description of what it would unlock for you. We ask you to leave this task as “needs triage” since your request will go through a Backlog refinement process where our team will prioritize the work.
