The $wgEnableWatchlistLabels feature flag was added in T408771, and Wikimedia wikis set it to true in T413967. Now, in preparation for T417359 it's time to set it to true by default in MediaWiki.
The onboarding popups will remain for some time after this change, and then removed in T415965.

Well, I tried it on Patch Demo. It works, thank you. But are you sure you want me to do this and get spam comments every time? Now there was even a bug on Patch Demo that created two wikis instead of one.

I don't think the patchdemo comments here are too bad, but if you want to avoid them there is a checkbox on the patchdemo form with which you can elect to not "Announce wiki on Phabricator".
