Description

This is a very similar task for Wikibase: T287582: Move some Wikibase selenium tests to a standalone job.

Acceptance criteria

The standalone GrowthExperiments job is removed from the GatedExtensions job
The standalone GrowthExperiments job runs in all appropriate pipelines
