On fr-wp, in the Abusefilter editing interface, a new layout has been released on desktop.
It reduces a lot the width of the editing windows, by displaying them right of their description (e.g. "Conditions" in the screenshot). See screenshot below.
This is a problem: the editing windows (the one for conditions and the one for description/notes) were already small, they are smaller now, which is very inconvenient.
This is fixed as part of https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/AbuseFilter/+/1238795 linked to T417368: Filter textbox squeezed to a few pixels wide
