Hello. Some time ago, while reviewing the filter conditions, I noticed the following issue: shortly after opening and loading, the filter panel turns into a thin vertical box, making it impossible to view the filter’s contents (see the two screenshots below — the first shows the panel just after opening, and the second shows it after a short time of loading). I also switched to the desktop view, and the same issue occurs. In addition, I see this problem both when viewing public filters on other sites and private filters on my home site.

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.): As shown in the image below, the filter I am viewing here is Filter 3 on English Wikipedia. I am using Google Chrome on Android.
