Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Go to https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmcloud.org/wiki/Special:EditWatchlist
Make sure you have no watchlist labels
Click on "Assign labels"

What happens?:

What should have happened instead?:

The message should be parsed properly

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

jqueryMsg does not support the syntax used in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/core/+/1235609
