'View more edits' link in mobile Review Changes module should open the riskyArticleEdits list, not open Recent Changes

Description

Current behaviour on the mobile site is for the 'View more edits' button, which is arguably the primary call to action on the Dashboard, to open Special:RecentChanges.

I think it would be better for this to open the list of edits (riskyArticleEdits) popup, and for us to have a link to RecentChanges within that at the bottom, like in the desktop list:

Acceptance criteria

  • On mobile, 'View more edits' opens the list of edits popover, instead of Special:RecentChanges.
  • At the bottom of the list of edits in the popover, the "View more edits in the recent changes page" text is present, linking to RecentChanges.

Question: Should we remove the button altogether as the arrow and CTA would navigate you to the same place?

Good design question, I'm not sure. My sense is that the big blue button is much clearer on what you should be clicking on than the card/arrow, but perhaps without it it would be obvious what to do. @nayoub could we get some design thoughts on this?

@Samwalton9-WMF:

@Kgraessle asked me if we should have this subheader text now that we have the more info popover, and I thought it was a no. However, we now have multiple designs floating around, so I just wanted to verify with you.

Quick point of clarification - what's under the info popover?

The message/popover only shows on review changes module, not all of them. There appears to have been subheader text on the other modules but we're not sure if it's still supposed to be there.

The two modules are a bit out of step with each other in terms of the subheader text design language, which isn't ideal. I think this is best left as in Jason's first screenshot above, with the subheader text always displayed at the top of the list, and after the MVP deployment we'll tidy this up a bit.

Note that work on this exposed some instrumentation quirks that @Kgraessle and I talked through and sorted out; bumping up the story points to reflect extra complexity
