Until 16 February I hadn't received any email notifications of changes to Oxford English Dictionary since 14 October despite the numerous changes since then. I only discovered them, and specifically the 15 February addition of a 2nd edition links table, as a result of a site notification of a change to its Talk page of a section I'd added on that subject last year. Messaging info-en@wikimedia.org I received a reply from Geoffrey Lane of the Volunteer Response Team to whom I replied, adding that whenever I edit an article I add it to my watchlist and that I subscribe to the relevant section when adding to a talk page. I mentioned that my notification preferences are "Email me when a page or a file on my watchlist is changed" and "Email me also for minor edits of pages and files" but frequently don't receive notifications even when changes are significant. I asked if anything could be done to ensure I'm notified of all changes.
Receiving a reply from the Team's Lane Rasberry I added that I don't have a spam/junk folder. Using Phabricator which led me to this bug report form was mentioned as an option in the reply {it had also been mentioned by Geoffrey Lane nut not as the first option).
Looking at change notifications arrive I've often noticed I haven't been informed about the immediately preceding change but only now decided to contact WP now.
