1. Implement a ("secret") URL parameter that manually triggers the new workflow.
2. The first thing this new URL parameter does is hiding the cogwheel.
3. Clicking the popup makes the cogwheel appear again.

Important: This needs to be an optional workflow and not affect the existing one.
