The bookmark list button in the user menu currently takes the user to their default reading list (e.g. Special:ReadingLists/{user_name}/{default_list_id}
Instead it should take the user to Special:ReadingLists/{user_name} which shows pages from all reading lists (default + custom lists the user might have created in the mobile apps)

From meeting: ensure that no matter what (whether username is there or not), this should link to the "all pages" view - make sure custom lists are not accessible

Note: there is not tooltip for saved pages icon.
