Currently, AbuseFilter consequence checkboxes only support a single label string. This has in a sense forced the showcaptcha consequence to use a full explanatory sentence as its checkbox label, and it may look visually inconsistent with other consequences in the UI, although this is unavoidable under the current AF specs:
That said, it may be beneficial to add support for help texts for consequence checkboxes, in order to improve UI extensibility and flexibility:
