Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Navigate to the activity tab, and note the current count of contributions this month and all-time impact
• Navigate to suggested edits and add an article description or image caption or image tag
• Complete the edit
• Navigate back to the activity tab and note the edit counts

What happens?:
The numbers are failing to increment. For example: on one device, I made three edits today and the activity tab still shows only one edit in the month.

What should have happened instead?:
The numbers should increment.

Tested on 50567-r-2026-02-04. Tested on OnePlus 8 on Android 13, and Pixel 6 on Android 16.
