Description

Special:GlobalUserRights informs users that a given global group is automatically assigned. Special:GlobalGroupPermissions should do something similar (whether by generating some message from the auto-assigned configuration, or showing some group-specific message on the top of the page if it exists).

Maybe the same should be done for Special:GlobalUsers as well.

Good idea, I gave it a try.

Maybe the same should be done for Special:GlobalUsers as well.

I'm not convinced, that one just displays a dropdown list, there isn't a good place to do it and I'm not sure if it would be relevant.
