Goal

This task defines the mandatory version of T415484 for article types that carry the sources flag from T415485.

Behavior

• Reuse the same UI, source validation, and source-checking behavior as T415484.
• Add a red asterisk to Add sources when the article type carries the sources flag.
• Use Codex error text color token (text-color / error; code token --color-error).
• Disable Continue until the local community's source requirement is met.
• Show a short persistent helper message below Continue to explain the disabled state.
• Keep alternative pathways linked from this screen. Those flows will be handled in a separate task.
