Summary

We need to run the queueAutoCloseSICases.php maintenance script on WMF wikis

Background

We now have a system to automatically close cases when all users are blocked
- However, this system is only applying going forward
A maintenance script named queueAutoCloseSICases.php was added in T418218: Add maintenance script to check auto-close for all existing SI cases which is run through update.php to close older cases which met the conditions for closure before the system was added
- We should run the script on queueAutoCloseSICases.php script on WMF production because we do not run update.php there

Acceptance criteria

Run the queueAutoCloseSICases.php script on all WMF wikis in checkuser-suggested-investigations.dblist
