Currently, the feedback dialog comes with a statement of agreement to the feedback terms of use, but doesn't provide a checkbox or a notice that the user agrees by submitting. [i]
The behavior is improved when the "user agent info" terms are also present (as that causes a checkbox to appear that could be used for both) [ii], but with the former missing, it might be confusing.
This ticket is to add some way for the user to agree specifically to the feedback terms of use.
