I am and admin on Latin Wikipedia, and after a few discussions (#1, #2) we realized that it would be easier to manage the pages that are too short if we had an Adumbratio: namespace (equivalent to Draft: on enwiki – namespace number: 118). Its associated talk namespace should be called Disputatio Adumbrationis:. Thanks!
