We use Wikimedia's packaged thirdparty/opensearch1 alongside component/opensearch13 in CI (and other places), currently on bullseye. The migration of CI to bookworm to give SRE confidence that we can proceed is currently blocked because although component/opensearch13 is available on bookworm-wikimedia, thirdparty/opensearch1 is not. Could it be packaged?

I think that we just import those packages from upstream, so I assume that we will not repackage and just copy the .debs to a new component. So moving to "quick wins". If there are incompatibilities with bookworm, this will become a much bigger task!

CCing WMDE folks, as I believe that these exist for T386691: How to e2e/integration test simple Item search; if it's no longer needed, that'd be even better.
