User Story
As a program manager for WE1, I want to define concrete usage milestones for the PersonalDashboard pilot so that we can proactively monitor adoption, identify underperformance early on, and make quick decisions about expanding or adjusting the pilot.
Background / Context
We are rolling out the PersonalDashboard MVP to pilot wikis (idwiki, trwiki, simplewiki, thwiki), with a decision to also deploy to enwiki in order to reach statistical power by the March 31 KR end date for WE1.3. Because we have limited time to get to stat power, we agreed that pre-defined usage milestones would be helpful so we can course-correct during March if needed.
Acceptance Criteria (proposed)
- Weekly visit targets are defined for each pilot wiki including enwiki
- Milestones account for the 2-week retention measurement window
- Milestones are reviewed and agreed upon by @Samwalton9-WMF @SonjaPerry
- [nice to have] A light decision matrix is documented mapping milestone outcomes to response actions (e.g., "if we have fewer than X unique visitors by Y date, we will...")
