Feature summary Pass the target of the redirect as $1 to MediaWiki:Move-redirect-text

Use case(s) On Latin Wikipedia I have been trying to add the {{De hac redirectione}} template (which is similar to {{Redirect category shell}} on English Wikipedia) to pages that are moved from the main namespace to the draft namespace. I have found a way to delegate the whole decision process to a template named {{Postilla redirectionis}}, which eventually decides whether to add a text under the redirect or not depending on the situation, but this is blind concerning the target of the redirect.

Benefits It would allow to append custom text to redirects depending on the situation.
