Make the TestKitchen extension available on PatchDemo

Description

Request:
It would be great to have the TestKitchen extension available on PatchDemo, so that experiment URL overrides like ?mpo=we-1-8-account-creation-form-v1:treatment work natively there. This would be useful to demo upcoming experiments on PatchDemo without having to craft bespoke workarounds.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add TK to default extensions following these instructions
  • mpo query should show the treatment, but follow current behaviour -- not send events.
  • Update documentation to reflect change

There is also a push as part of FY26/27 APP to use PatchDemo over e.g. beta cluster.

@Michael -- is this purely for the override parameter, or is it a full on set of testing capabilities to replace how you currently test with beta cluster or testwiki?

I think feature toggling would be enough for patch demo and data collection testing can de done in beta and testwiki, but Michael can correct me.

The override parameter, but also subtleties like adding the CSS classes to the <body> element (also based on the override parameter, as in production).

Unclear what this would take to add, but we should talk! Patch Demo is deploying wikis using helm, so if supporting services are needed it's possible though it'd be a first (additional service outside the LAMP stack, that is).
