The image on the right is not the complete page image (available here), but a quite incomplete portion of it. Screenshot:

(This is not a zoom issue; that is the screenshot as shown at zoom zero, and zooming out shows that the frame indeed contains just that portion of the image.)

What should have happened instead?:
It should load the full image.
