Add the Special:MyLanguage/ string to all links for the Suggestion Mode tasks. Currently they are missing (cf. Special:EditChecks on Beta Cluster).

Noting that neither newcomer editors (who rarely change their global preferences) nor logged-out users (who don't have preferences) are likely to benefit from Special:MyLanguage links until the issue mentioned in T389939: Wikimedia footer links that use Special:MyLanguage should also use `?uselang=` has been resolved.
