openIDConnect does not bundle dependencies

Description

There are "global" build problems with 1.43-45 extension that makes dependencies to not get included when making packages here: https://extdist.wmflabs.org/dist/extensions/

It is the exact same problem as this:
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T418469

So is i use the extension package i am missing dependents and i get this error:
[1f3256e848d75bfd6a14f8c3] /index.php/Spesial:PluggableAuthLogin Error: Class "Jumbojett\OpenIDConnectClient" not found
