We are planning to make some changes to quibble. We are not sure how to test the changes locally.

To make it clearer, the ticket is about testing changes made to Quibble locally.

We added a Dockerfile to be able to run the tests in docker and also added documentation on how to do so.

@Peter @zeljkofilipin feel free to correct me if I misunderstood it.
