Follow-up to T385310: Could not find local user data for {username}@{wikiId} (2025). After fixing the main issue that was causing lots of log spam, we're left with just a few log entries per day, triggered by different components. I want to find a few minutes to review them, and add READ_NORMAL or READ_LOCKING as appropriate to avoid the log entries.

FYI we have one Logstash entry for 1.47.0-wmf.2 at May 14, 2026 @ 05:39:40.329 on url https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:GlobalVanishRequest, should I file a separate task, or should I reopen this task, or is this ignorable per the previous comment here?
