Reading history is available to all logged-out and logged-in users within Search.

Tester Notes

This release contains a change to the Search experience within article view, and a notification about History moving into Search
1- Log out
2- Open “Activity”
3- Observe notice that History has moved to Search. Verify that you can close it
4- Open an article
5- Search from icon at the top of the page
6- Verify that you see History underneath the search bar
7- Search and navigate to a new article
