When a user is blocked and tries to edit, they see this popup:

This conceals the block reason, which often contains useful information about why they were blocked, and sometimes (e.g. VPNs / open proxies) how to remove themselves from the block:

Always expanding this would help users know what to do when they're blocked. It's not ideal, because a lot of the templates used really don't expect to show on mobile, but it's better than just hiding them away.
