Description

Problem

Starter Kit tool needs to be hosted in a stable, accessible location so that small and new wiki communities can use it without requiring local setup or technical knowledge. Currently the tool exists only as a prototype and has no production hosting.

Proposed approach

Host the Starter Kit as an independent tool on Toolforge so it can be easily shared with communities for rapid testing and feedback, without the overhead of extension development.

In the longer term, once the tool has been validated with communities and the feature set is stable, it could be developed into a MediaWiki extension so it can be bundled with a wiki more easily, maintained long-term, and managed through structured updates.
