[FWIW I'm not currently convinced that it's strictly necessary to tell task-filers to "always follow https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requesting_wiki_configuration_changes" as often as currently seems to be being done by folks. If e.g. a site-request task is mistagged, it can be (and, at least in my personal experience, is) easily fixed by folks that're more familiar with Phab; and I don't think that we should necessarily require that folks e.g. 'know' exactly what tags to use for a task that they're creating (xref T95962#11194848). & with that in mind, while I'm sure it's being done with the best of intentions, I'm not currently convinced that it's necessarily beneficial to send that sort of message that could e.g. come across as chastising folks for not doing things the 'right way' on Phab. But I am admittedly getting slightly offtopic for this specific request.]
