As part of the Article Guidance workflow (T414409), the first step is "Title Entry and Topic Matching" (T414902).
In this step, as the user types a title, the system shows a list of potential topics the article may be about.
Currently, topics seem to use a generic image based on their type of article.
This ticket proposes to use the image associated with the Wikidata item instead when it is available. When it is not available, we can continue to use the current generic image as a fallback.
In the example below we can see that for an article titled "Paris", multiple copies of the same image are used for all the possible cities with the same name. Having more specific images may help a bit more to identify the right one.
