Background

Previously in T399467 we created a config flag in mediawiki-config that would allow us to deploy a new legal footer link on selected Wikipedias. We deployed that config to Spanish, Italian, French and Polish wikis.

Now, we would like to deploy this footer to phase two wikis, as noted in this sheet:

• The patch has been backported.

Test Steps

• For the wikis listed above, on mobile and desktop, logged-out and logged-in, the new footer "legal contact" link should be visible. (exact translation text will be provided).
