I think this might be related to the Civi scheduled downtime

Hi @LLugo-WMF, thanks for reporting, I'd look into this to find the cause and import the donations.

I dug into this a bit on Tuesday when looking into the possibly related downtime issues.

The donations were in the downtime timeframe but all went through the pending transaction resolver. They didn't have the contribution tracking issues mentioned in T420307: Contribution tracking clean up from small failstorm

I can see the donations in Civi now. Ty.

I refunded the donations and the refunds are showing up in Civi as separate lines.

@RKumar_WMF the refund double line issue has this ticket T405389: Look into the separate line item refunds in civi I'll add these to that one

@RKumar_WMF no the refund issue has been around for a couple of years, just was low volume enough that it was hard to catch them
