Background
The apps team has heard feedback that the "Explore" naming of the feed is confusing, especially when navigating back to Explore from an article. The Explore tab essentially functions as a "Home" tab, which is more common across other apps.
User Story
As a mobile app user, I want the "Explore" tab to be renamed to "Home," So that I can intuitively navigate back to the main feed after reading an article, using familiar navigation patterns I recognize from other apps.
Requirements
- Update the explore feed icon and label in the tabbar to "Home"
- Provide clear context within the translation instructions to volunteers
- Update the settings screen to utilize "Home" instead of "Explore"
- Within the article view overflow menu, update Explore label and icon to Home
- Accessibility labels and screen reader text are updated to reflect the new name
- The updated label is reflected in any in-app references, tooltips, or onboarding copy that mention "Explore"
