We recently had 2 donations double charged (with 2 more possibles) by Gr4vy against our order IDs - our order IDs should never have more than one transaction against them with the exception of legacy paypal (where they manage the recurring schedule) so we should be able to pick up further instances of this Gr4vy double-charge bug when parsing the Adyen Audit file and

a) alert us because it probably means someone needs a refund and
b) ensure it gets into Civi despite the doubled up order ID
