Background

We need to finalize how often CiviCRM exports and MediaWIki imports once we understand the product needs better and the constraints of the system it runs on. One thing to note is given we will be operating on diffs, that users who consent after a donation will not get their donor status updated until something changes.

Open questions

• Consider if we need to defer sending the CSV to allow users to consent. (discussed previously in {T418164#11721201}
• Based on guidance from SRE, fundraising and Readers Experience determine how often we should run the synchronization script
• How many users will be out of sync at any given time? Would a "catch up script" that updates all users with a limbo status be necessary?
