We aligned with REx that we will test only on logged-out readers and handle any logged-in changes at the scaling stage.
New requirements:
As a logged-out reader, I see the share button in the toolbar and when I highlight text.
As a logged-in reader, I don't see a share button in the toolbar or when I highlight text.

This change would be different from our baseline data. The baseline in the current code doesn't have this check- shouldn't be a big deal, but we will need to check our data carefully and be aware of this.
