Feature summary:
The CentralNotice Banner Editor currently supports basic banners with text and images. To enable more engaging campaigns, it should be extended to support more complex banner types.

Proposed additions:
Call-to-action buttons - Allow adding clickable buttons with custom text and links
Animated image galleries - Support image carousels/sliders within banners
